COVID RESTRICTIONS
Masks are currently mandatory both indoors and outdoors within the borders of Monaco. In France however they are only required inside and in crowded areas. For both Monaco and France, you currently need to be able to show a health pass containing a QR-code (antigen or PCR of at most 48 hours, a valid vaccine certificate or proof of recovery from covid) to enter most indoor areas. SBM however accepts tests up to 72 hours at the villa. The ceremony is a private event so it does not follow the rules for public areas in that regard. This means, amongst other things, that masks will not be required at the event. You might however likely need one in the transfer vehicles. Please note that if you are staying in a hotel in Monaco, you need to follow Monégasque rules, and the villa is officially on the French side so the French rules apply there.
